Vanessa has a lot of experience, so glad I found her. I have been postponing electrolysis hair removal for months as I had not found right therapist. I have thyroid and PCOS which had aggravated facial hair growth as I stopped laser hair removal and threading during pandemic. So I made up my mind to try electrolysis, which is the only permanent hair removal treatment. Did not find any decent therapist around. I found Essence Electrolysis online and called Vanessa to have a chat. She was was so patient and explained every detail. On the call and I immediately booked a trial session. On the day I was super comfortable through out the session. I was expecting a painful treatment but NO It was therapeutic for me. I also did not have any after effects. I have booked Vanessa again for my regular electrolysis hair removal session. Treatment was not rushed, her work area is super clean and organised. She is very professional and understand.
