The reception staff are so rude. No manners at all. I only came to check in for my appointment and the ladys face and response on the Monday Shift at 4pm was just rude. There is a reason they are clearly working here and not happy with their jobs. Sort this place out.

I have no idea why the reviews are so negative, my experience over many years has been that the reception staff at the Groves are efficient and helpful and that the doctors have always been caring. I called this morning and was given a choice of appointment times and the option to come in person or by phone.

This Google Business PAge has been showing the worng telephone number for over a year now. if this practise can't even tell it's patients the right telephone number what chance of we got of getting the right treatment. Lazy Lazy Lazy!

Very friendly reception staff. Didnt deal directly with a doctor or nurse though, so this is a limited review.

I booked a doctor for an appointment call for my son who was very sick today. I missed one phone call from the doctor who didn't bother calling me again and I couldn't speak to him as he had already gone to another clinic. I can only get an appointment for the next day. This phone call system doesn't work as this was an urgent request.
