Maria Zumba

Virtual Zumba has been the highlight of my week during lockdown. Maria is a warm, fun and very patient Zumba instructor. Her mantras is 'We are all in this together'... and it's true, there is a real sense of belonging to a caring community . You cannot fail to be feel better after (and during !) Maria's Zumba classes. Maria is fabulous! For the last year I have attended her classes twice a week and my fitness has improved massively. Every session makes me smile and laugh. During lock down Maria has adapted her services to online classes with a huge selection of classes running daily. You can tell she loves her job which rubs off on all of us in the class. I highly recommend her!

Maria makes her classes lots of fun and it's a great way to get fit! There is something for everyone, young or older and beginners or more experienced fitness fanatics.

I started attending Marias Zumba classes whilst in lockdown (March) and its honestly changed my whole experience for the better. The online classes are the highlight of my week. My mum has attended Marias Zumba class for a long time but I could never go because I lived too far - now however I dance along with my mum and lots of other fantastic people twice a week. Maria is kind, thoughtful and incredibly motivating. The music is amazing and I play a lot of the songs during the week to keep me happy. Thank you Maria for bringing joy, happiness and dance to a difficult time. You are a special person. Becky x

I LOVE MARIA ZUMBA MITCHELL!! I am 19 and honestly love her classes i have so much fun and enjoy it so much better than going to the gym - it is so fun and doesnt even feel like excercise! What i love the most is how no one is ever judgemental in the classes and you can take it as seriously or not as you like! Maria is one of the funniest kindest instructors and I couldnt recommend her classes enough! Never be scared to give Zumba a go its so fun and i have never looked back
