The Dudley Arms

We stayed in the hotel across the road and noticed the pub on the way in. It was cheaper than the hotel food and was actually quite nice. I had the carvery and the others chose from the menu. We went for breakfast the next day ams although was all you can eat, there was only cooked breakfast - sausage, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, black pudding, toast and fried bread. When we arrived on the Sunday, it was extremely busy, so would recommend getting there early or booking. Where we were sat was a little squished due there being 2 tables pushed together to accommodate a large family.

Went there on a friday night and was not busy. Had the carvery which was good value at only 8. Plenty of meat was given but the vegetables could have been better. We will definitely go back.
