Star Sports Massage

I used star sports massage recently and was very impressed. I found Neil very knowledgeable and professional I would definitely recommend to anyone who has any sports injury's aches or pains.

Having returned to playing football (Man v Fat) on Friday nights, I found myself struggling through each weekend with aches and pains. Not surprising at 57 years old! I decided to look for a way to minimise this and have been visiting Neil on Sundays for a sports massage. I am now moving much easier, feel more flexible when playing and am not spending my weekend struggling around with aches and pains. Neil and I always have a good chat as he works on my muscles and the hour flies by. I then leave a lot more loose than I was when I arrived. I highly recommend Neil for sports massage.

I felt very relaxed and comfortable. Neil is very professional and provided great after care. I was dreading having a sports massage but to my surprise found the experience enjoyable. I walked in with a limp. I left pain free and was able to attend yoga. The following morning I was able to attend a spin class and do a 5 mile run. Fantastic results, really impressed. Thanks Neil.
