My first session was about 5 years ago, i wasn't sure what to expect or if it was going to be one of those crazy army style ones where they shout at you... it wasn't thank god, although i do get a few 'come on Mel' from Rich which is all i need to keep me motivated to do one last burpee! Rich is great he always pushes us to do that extra little bit and is always there if you need any advice on training or to help with diet and helps you get the best from the classes. I feel fitter and feel healthier than i have ever felt, i've always done a bit of exercise here and there, gyms, fitness classes, running a few mile here and there but the camp has pushed me further and further and i've even managed to do a few half marathons which i never thought i'd be able to do. I've also met some great people and made some amazing new friends through bootcamp too, we have a laugh while working out. So when lockdown came i was so glad that Rich found a way to keep us all moving and having that bit of structure to the week with the classes being done live online on the same days and times it was perfect and just what we needed to get through the weeks of lockdown.
