        Google maps says open til 4pm, arrived at 3:20 and it was shut. Access is across the gravel car park so not wheelchair friendly.

        Nice place to have a cuppa and a cake at the end of a long walk. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We were happy that they had vegan milk available as well as lovely vegan bakewell slices. The lady said she gave us the biggest ones! There seemed to be no seating area indoors, which was a bit of a shame, but the outdoor seating area was clean and well maintained. Prices very reasonable.

        Cheese & onion toastie - spot on! The milkey, water based no flavour cappuccino- vile. Someone needs to let them know that mixing hot water & milk might create bubbles but not froth. Its also a shame that they have removed the original setup and the only seating is outdoors. They have the opportunity to be a popular goldmine, without competition in a popular walking area- their missing out!
