I sold 2 properties and bought one property at the same time with Paul and his team. Paul came out to value the properties and gave me some great advice. We achieved a lot of viewings which they took care of and we received multiple offers. Claire and Alex saw all three through to the end with great communication with me which meant I knew what was happening with each sale and also my purchase. Would definitely recommend and use again when my new place is ready for the market.

I found Scoffield Stone to be an excellent service as a seller from the initial conversations and putting the property on the market through to the completion. They carried out all my viewings as I work away and was unable to be home in the week and would give me feedback. Claire and Alex were fantastic to deal with, they were always there to answer my questions and update me on the sale as it progressed.
