Lovely place and relaxed In fairness always had great past experiences.the lady was please tell, friendly and chatty. But todays manicure wasnt great. Couple of nails mis shaped had to re file. Had to ask for fingers to be soaked before pushing back cuticle. And finish on nails was uneven and so thick it wont set as top varnish was old and lumpy - leaving an uneven thick and lumpy finish, so had to remove once home. And re do myself. She did notice when I pointed out and offered to take it off and re paint but Id already been there 1.5 hours and I didnt have time . So disappointed in result and a waste of 27 Service: Manicure
