Fantastic customer tech support. Had an issue with my AWD Evo mover. Went through what it was doing and gave me advise on how I could rectify. Called back once Id checked over everything, made some adjustments as per drawings. Went through the basic movements and hey presto and now fully functioning motor mover. Thanks guys for helping out!

Supplier sent the wrong electronics for my Powrtouch AWD Auto motor movers. I didn't discover this until after I had installed them. But when I contacted Brian at Powrwheel he could not have been more helpful. He had the correct set shipped to me within a day or two of my first call. Have installed them and very happy with the outcome. Excellent service.

Contacted Powerwheel regarding my caravan motor mover which was purchased 18 months ago and fitted by a contracted caravan dealer. The mover is still under its 5 year warranty. It is the manual engaged type with the fluted 18mm flutes. It has been used a hand full of times and the poor design has enabled the fluted shafts on both sides to bend and twist. I contacted powrwheel and was initially told it was caused by operator error!, after some negotiation they agreed to rectify it under warranty, That was three weeks ago and after telephoning them three times I still have not heard a word from anyone about actually putting it right. Poor customer service, really poorly designed mover which cost a fortune and no interest in getting it repair. I implore you, DO NOT buy a Powerwheel motor mover more trouble than they are worth, there are better brands on the market.
