We were very delighted with everything AKS did for us to sell our house. They were very professional but also very friendly and took on board all our requirements. They kept us updated and handled all the viewings themselves with minimum fuss. No hesitation in recommending them for others to use.

I was recommended AKS by a friend who had used them to sell their property. From the first visit I made to AKS and meeting Andrew, Ben and the rest of the team I knew that they were the agents I wanted to deal with. Their professionalism, understanding of exactly what my situation was, being realistic and customer focused all score them bonus points. I know that people can say anything just to get the business but these guys are genuine and just want the best for buyers and sellers. Once the selling ball started rolling, they were great at giving feedback on viewings and any issues or concerns that cropped up (out of either of our controls) were dealt with and solutions given. Once an offer was accepted, this is where Mikaela came into her own and was constantly checking to make sure that the sale was going to go through as smoothly as possible. All in all I would not hesitate to recommend AKS for any property sale and I would say some of their competition in this field could learn lots from them about how to treat customers. Well done AKS!

Recently just started to rent a property through AKS and must say I was really impressed with how professional the whole service has been.
