Futaba Manufacturing UK Ltd

Bought Futaba all my life but not any more as the company had run out of batteries for my T18MZ and simply ignored all my requests for a battery in email to their support. They had no batteries so never replied to any emails during that time. Current UK law states that when a manufacturer cannot supply and sell a replacement part within 10 years of manufacture of an item that they should buyback the unit. Eventually after around eight months batteries came available again and the Futaba service centre emailed me to say they were available. I will buy Radiomaster in future and never even buy a servo from Futaba.....they need to look after their customers.

Don't recommend working in the Derby branch if you are female while BR is a manager there. You will spend every shift being bullied and manspained to. you will be singled out and made an example of infront of everyone to show his authority while reminding you where the cleaning products are to keep your station clean while the men get to work because as a woman you are weaker.
