        Dreadful. 0 stars is more accurate. Self "service" machines need throwing in a skip. Attempted to buy one measly sandwich without joy, frequent occurrence. Intimidating security. No level of service atall on offer. I literally can't say enough bad things about the God awful machines. This store alone has made me switch loyalty to M&S which actually offers a level of customer service and satisfaction. Avoid.

        Pathetic self service machines make for a terrible shopping "experience" unnecessary security as though it is a nightclub when they clearly don't have enough actual staff. Please tear it down and build another shop which looks after it's customers. And invest in some decent self service machines.

        Worst ever experience. The dark till lady was disgusting, horrible and extremely nasty, unable to communicate like a normal human without shouting violently at customers. Horrific service by the dark till lady; not the first time and I had to speak out. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Store manager must take action - not the first customer to experience this from the dark till lady. Fed up and will never return.
