Really poor service experienced so far. Was told we'd have an on-boarder, then told we would not. Our relationship manager is off sick with Covid and new relationship manager doesn't come back to us, no telephone number to call them, only email address. Helpline cannot help, and referred us back to our relationship manager. Been directly authorised for a few days now and cannot use Centra as cannot access IO so cannot do any analysis...
