Incompetent, rude & unhelpful. Do not trust them with your money In reply to your hidden response, I have already 'popped in' three times (at my own expense) to resolve the matter. However, I just get shouted at from behind a glass screen and told the computer doesn't work. You still have my 150 and make no effort to correct your error

Hit and miss. Sometimes efficient; today I was queueing and someone else was served first. Not sure why since I made eye contact with the employees and greeted them.

I clearly got this place on a better day than many other reviewers. It was fine, there was a queue as one person had a lot of parcels. They apologized for the delay. One key thing to note: evri parcels are handled by the other till, the one at the front of the shop on the left as you go in. Royal mail ones are at the counter at the back of the shop. I had parcels for both and needed to go to both. Staff seemed professional and helpful.
