I found the recruiters at Harnham extremely professional and cordial in their interactions. One of the recruiters I had the good fortune of interfacing with was Dylan Butcher. All the way from the discovery call through the stages of the interview, Dylan was helpful with the preparation and offered helpful tips for each stage. As the intermediary between the prospective employer and I, Dylan was highly coordinated in his interactions and helped represent the interests of both parties very well. It was truly a pleasure working with him. Id highly recommend Harnham to anyone looking for a career change.

I have dealt with Harnham twice. The first time I was dealing with Krishen Patel who was very helpful and dedicated to finding the right role that suits my needs. The second time was an extremely negative experience. Dealing with Jamie, who was rude over the phone and not understanding of my needs or interests. There was a lack of communication and was not a reliable person to be dealing with. In short, depending on who you are dealing with will dictate the experience. For this reason I have given a 3* rating.
