Houston Lawrence - Commercial Property Agents

It would be nice to be honest with client but sadly not with houston Lawrence and nick cophlan, when I viewed the property he promised to call me back after more than 20 times every times I have been told he is busy with client but finally when I manage to talk to him he said I was away and this property already gon under offer.

Absolutely the worst estate agents Ive ever had the displeasure of working with. First of all I ring 3 times on Friday to speak to 2 separate people who both assured me I would be getting a call back on the same day. Mind you all I wanted at this point was to check the availability of an industrial unit. One of the people that answered the call gave me the number of their colleague (they were on holiday on the other side of the planet!) which helped in doing nothing for me. At this point I was so frustrated I went to their Wimbledon branch and no one was there, even though they werent meant to close for another 2 hours! This estate agent seems to be run by people who have no clue about what customer service is or how to even grasp the basics of communication. When Im finally called back on Monday so I can see the unit Im amazed to find out that its been rented to another party. (Unbeknownst to the estate agent showing me the unit at the time) I would not recommend anyone to use this joke of a company.
