Charles Property Maintenance

The work was mostly acceptable but some was not finished e.g. they removed the bath screen and have not replaced it despite me asking for it to be done several times. The bathroom floor tiles which did not have any issues when the work started are now chipped in several places. After the work was "done" and the floors had been replaced, the leak which caused the initial damage was still dripping a bit. In the process of repairing the leak for the second time, they damaged the new floor boards.

I highly recommend Charles Francis Building Solution for excellent work done in my bath room ceiling due to water damage from the above flat. The whole ceiling is well plastered and painted. The wall was painted as a good will. I met Luke when he came to do the quote, Luke was very friendly and respectful. The work man was professional and neat. Whoever will hire Charles Francis Building Solution will have value for money results.

Charles Francis Building Solutions took control of the insurance claim for my water damaged room caused by a leaking roof. Luke was very helpful in organising all the trades needed to fix the problem and repair the room. I would recommend their services to anyone wanting someone to handle all stress of dealing with tradesmen and take all the hassle out of a stressful situation. I rate their service as 5 star.

I can't speak highly enough of Luke and his team. Luke was always on hand to answer question and explain the process and time scales. He is extremely professional and accommodating. Dealing directly with the insurance company which was a huge weight off my mind. We had a large whole appear in our bathroom ceiling due to a leak in the property above. It now looks better than it did before and I have no reason to think the problem will reoccur. More than happy to recommend to anyone with a similar problem.
