Absolutley shocking. Wrong item sent. Spent an hour on the telephone to speak with someone. They were interested in collecting the wrong item, but showed little remorse for the mistake & inconvinience.

Bought a phone with 4 handsets - spent ages struggling to get all wired in, moving furniture etc only to find that the phone was someone's old reject - not surprising they sent it back as there was a bad background hissing noise, but it even had their messages on the answerphone and they had written notes on the instructions. Robert Dyas's resolution - Go to all the effort of putting it back in its box, wait in tomorrow for a courier and then I could have a full refund - you're not kidding, on complaining I was offered 10% of a future purchase - as if I'd ever order from them again.

Terrible customer service,even caught them out lying to me, twice! Can't seem to manage to carry out anything they promise to or are obligated to.

I havent been in to a Robert Dyas since before email existed so why they are currently spamming me despite me unsubscribing every time I have no idea.
