        TERRIBLE...wont answer the telephone, with an automated 'service' that takes you around the block without speaking to a human then rings off Eventually got hold of Sam via email who said he would help: sent him all the necessary details for a new element and here I am ten days later STILL waiting. Pathetic! They obviously don't care about customers - let alone customer 'service'.
