Continual junk mail from this company. They once didn't pay postage, and not knowing who the letter was from, I paid the postage at the post office only for it to be more junk mail. I have told them many times to remove my details from their mailing list.

Recently used to rent out a property in Wimbledon. So far so good and good service by property manager Callum Tanner. Shall review again at end of tenancy.

The initial experience with the lettings team was fantastic. However, the property management team are atrocious. They have left us in a flat with mould and damp, have ignored attempts to contact them for nearly 2 months. 5 calls over the past week we have been told they would call back, haven't heard a single thing from them. And then they had the audacity to request money that is outside of the agreement of our contract. If you only have to deal with the lettings team I couldn't recommend them enough. If they are going to be managing your property, stay well away.

Sarah Wareham was instrumental in assisting my partner and I to secure our first property in London. She provided information and support each step of the way, and provided updates on timings. Jake was also very efficient in providing information and updates. We are looking forward to moving into our new property!
