Absolutely appalling service. I ordered a tree in October and felt nervous when I didnt receive a confirmation email. I then emailed the company to confirm the date, address, etc., and I received a response within the hour. For various reasons, I contacted them a few more times before the delivery date (including the day before) and always received a prompt reply. Then, on the day of delivery, the tree never arrived. I attempted to call and email, but I did not receive a response for days. When I finally received an email (after having to hunt for a last-minute tree elsewhere), the excuse was that a delivery truck had broken down. I was offered a refund, which I accepted immediately. Now, nearly two months have passed, and I have not received my refund. Every time I request to have it processed, I receive a message that says, Im sorry about the delay, I will check when I have access to the system. At this point, its clear this company is a scam and that they have taken money without any intention of delivering a service, and I will be reporting this to the appropriate authorities. Do not, under any circumstances, use this company for your Christmas tree needs. You will be left disappointed and ripped off.

Very poor experience. I paid for a tree in November (and delivery and pickup) and it never came. I made sure I was home for multiple days even past the delivery window and despite communicating with the company via multiple channels (emails, texting, etc.) the tree never came. Then, when I could wait no longer, I asked for a refund and was told they "would handle". I've chased multiple times and still haven't received a refund. I would never use this company again and urge others to avoid them / purchase from them with caution. Update: In response to the response below -- my address is clearly within the delivery zone (and was slated for delivery) and no money has been refunded to date. I will be reporting you to the relevant consumer associations.

I ordered a tree and money was taken. I checked on the delivery day it was still coming. I was assured it would be. After 8pm when it didn't arrive I checked again and only then was told it wasn't coming. I was offered a refund, but that still hasn't arrived 2 days later, so they currently still have my money too Edit/update - refund did arrive a few days later but arrived later than I was told it would be

Accepted my order then cancelled on delivery day. Which meant I had to go hunting for a Xmas tree. Worst customer service. See the text messages. Hi there, apologies but we see your tree is out for today at our delivery centre and we dont cover the postcode- your going to be refunded and will get an email this evening as they are being processed now. We are in Surrey so no vans available and have only seen this now due to the orders coming through for todays deliveries. Not fair this was not told to me. Apaling customer service. You should of known this when I ordered. Not my fault you saw this late a refund is not acceptable. I Googled trees in Watford and your search engine was the first as you probably pay premium, should have contacted me earlier I could have made alternative arrangements. I cant help due to 1000s of orders this is down to google server, it happens now and again and I do apologise but cant assist you will be refunded for you of course. This is my fault so sorry. Worst experience ever
