        Great results on Vasper. After 3 weeks I was surprised by the significant improvement to my runs and general cardio levels (despite coming from a relatively high base). Vasper concept is not a gimmick. With regular use it definitely makes a difference and no wear & tear so doesnt interfere with other exercise routines.

        The FiT Partnership is the most amazing place in Wimbledon! Such a fab community of like minded people. Max has been so supportive in helping me achieve my health and well-being targets. I am feeling super healthy now and love coming for my sessions. The unique offering of cryo, vasper, strength and sauna is such a perfect combination and we are super lucky this is on our doorstep!
