Delivered my parcel to the wrong address again

Royal Mail Wimbledon must be the worst post office in London. I have waited one month for my package. They sent me an email says they tried to deliver my package which is not true. I went all the way to their post office and could not collect my package since I did not have an ID on me, then later I got an email that my package was collected even though I never collected anything.

Standing here 10 mins. Two people ahead of me. 1 staff member trying to locate parcel of one of the clients and all other two seem to be chatting and laughing out loud in the back office while were queuing to be served. Enough said.

The staff are AMAZING and go beyond there job. Excellent service, efficient, welcoming and could not ask better. Sandra Burke was brilliant with her line Manager Harminder Assee and lucky to have them in the team. Jose Barbosa, Robert Clayton and Orazio Moylan where great. Real team effort and I'm very lucky to experience this great service.

I use this delivery office to send Tracked parcels weekly, there have been slight delays in the past on some parcels leaving here as a result of strikes but never anything serious enough to stop me from coming here. Staff have always been friendly and helpful and Royal Mail is still 100x better than any other delivery service I've used.
