Health Zone Shop & Clinic Wimbledon

The shop is lovely - lots of healthy stuff and brands . A nice selection of dairy products ( including vegan) and lots of yummy treats , pantry staples and chocolates. But the staff are not friendly ( no smile , hello , even when praising their shop) which made the experience unpleasant. I will be back again . But nicer staff please!

I enjoy Health Zone for the choice of products, services downstairs (massage) and the food section at the back, but every time I visit the store, the customer service could be much better. A man (who seems like the owner) sits there and ignores customers. There's also a mature lady with long white hair who acts like she cannot be bothered as if she's doing a massive favour to serve the customer (her job). If customer service improves, shopping here will be a more pleasant experience. I only shop here occasionally as it's close to my house, but I shop elsewhere where I have a choice.

I have been visiting health zone for over 7 years now. I pop in regularly for supplements, snacks, beauty products, homeopathic remedies and now will be using the clinic services for general wellness. Staff are lovely and let me get on with my prolonged ingredient list reading. We often engage in chats about the products . Recently ordered something in for me that they normally don't stock. It's lovely and familiar and I am grateful it's on my doorstep.
