I am writing on behalf of my son who was with the company from June 2022 to January 2023. This was due to my son; Eval Thompson; passing very suddenly. It was not only a shock to our family, but also to the company. Eval was Autistic and although he had Distinction in his Masters Degree, he struggled with job interviews. He had done hundreds of interview without any success, but it took staff from HFH that are caring and understanding to recognise Eval's potential and his challenges. The staff welcome him with open arms. As a mom, I was very happy that Eval felt comfortable working there. He began socializing and going out with his colleagues. I saw my son enjoying life for the first time. He was enthusiastic about going to work. He love being there and the care he received, he began to transform into a different person. After Eval passing, we were visited at home by the Management Team. Cards, flowers and kind words was flooding in. We were invited to visit the company to meet his colleagues. It was a lovely afternoon with loads of cakes, story telling and exchange of emotions. The Management Team set up a gofundme in memory of Eval. This will go National Autistics Society (NAS); for helping to diagnosed young children at an early age. Eval was not diagnosed until he was an young adult. HFH has been supportive in every way. They gave my son a chance in life and even after death the support they gave our family was overwhelming. Words cannot express how grateful we are of them. Thanks a MILLION HFH.

I have been at HFH for just about a month now, honestly from the training to being on the actual job, I've had nothing but support especially from my Manager Matt and the Recruitment Manager Miluja. The work culture is brilliant and the staff are friendly and on hand to help, everybody works together. Hard work is definitely recognised here. They are structured and there are processes for everything, and that's the way I like to work as I'm sure alot of us do. Looking forward to my journey with HFH!

Since joining HFH Healthcare, I have felt the most challenged in comparison to my previous roles. Management has always given recognition and constructive criticism which has helped me improve my skills, especially leadership & management skills. Company has amazing culture with lots of company events and embraces culture and diversity. Overall, a great company to work with!
