doctors and nurses are brilliant. However to try and book an emergency appointment is awful! Ring at 8 oclock for an emergency appointment. 75 calls later and still no answer.

Professional and friendly service. Very well spoken and clearly intelligent lady with a calming voice answered my call and took the time to listen and make sure she understood me before responding to my questions clearly. She said she was new so she would have to check correct procedure. I had an email from her ten minutes later with the information I had asked for. Excellent.

Secretary is rude. Nurses are kind but felt very rushed. The place itself isnt very welcoming.

I was there on the 10th of november. Receptionist booked my partner in for his MRI result discussion. Receptionist said he needed to come so I booked him in for early morning appointment (7:50) on his birthday (only appt available), eventhough he hates going to the GP. No one explained to me that it was a phone appointment. So the day came and my partner went for his appointment. Only to be told that it was supposed to be a phone appointment after having travelled an hour to get there. Worst of all, while he was on the phone with me asking me what happened, there was a call from a private number. Then a message saying, I couldn't get through to you, if you need to speak to me, book an appointment with the reception. NASTY! Won't even try one more time in-case the person was busy. And also, what is the point of booking an appointment if you can't speak to the doctor face to face? Where is the assurance in that?! Covid restrictions have subsided now, stop using it as an excuse not to actually see patients at the clinic. I used to like this practice a lot, but lately, the people working there and the quality service they provide are slowly getting more and more rubbish. Worst reception ever. The only ones I cannot complain about are the nurses and one doctor I have dealt with and the service they have provided so far.
