I was served by Aqeel. There was no greeting, no conversation in between and no farewell. It is obvious that he doesnt like serving customers. As an ex Whsmith manager, I found it really disappointing that it is no longer necessary for staff to demonstrate good customer service at Whsmith. The only words uttered by Aqeel was How much? Pretty pathetic..Wish I could give a 0 star rating. I have been to this store several times and its always the same poor customer service.
