        Receiving any kind of support at this branch is impossible. The two agents stationed outside seem to be intentionally slowing down the process by constantly walking back and forth to a room. This has resulted in people leaving or being told that there is not enough time to assist them. I attempted to speak with one of the agents for over an hour, but they were entirely unhelpful and displayed rude behavior.

        Had the best service earlier today - such lovely people working here. I didn't get her name but the lady with the long blonde hair was so helpful and I left with a massive smile on my face!
