The team at Harrison Brant were amazing, kept us up to date at all times, were compassionate to the problems we were experiencing within the chain, althoughour move took longer than it should have, this was not the fault of the them, Kieran and Tony were amazing, gave regular updates, pushed hard on the rest of the chain to get things sorted out. Would recommend anyone selling their house to see Harrison Brant as the only place you need to go to to sell your home.

HB recently acted as agents to sell my mum's property after she went into residential care. I am SO pleased I opted to go with them, as they have worked like Trojans from start to finish, to get it sold expediently at a good but realistic price, and always acted with the utmost professionalism as well as a lovely human touch throughout all dealings. It was not totally straightforward, and I had to pick the brains of the agents and director on many occasions, and despite being busy much of the time, they were incredibly patient, and always endeavoured to help and assist me, even with simple technology queries that I found a bit daunting on occasions. Superb agents, truly know their stuff, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Not sure how they perform during a sale or purchase but for viewings they just seemed uninterested. The poor guy on the day had been an estate agent for 1 week and didn't know anything about the property - I phoned the office to follow up and get the information and the office person was not rude but totally uninterested and deflected each question with terms like "your solicitor will ask that" - unrealistic. I don't want to even make an offer let alone engage a solicitor without basic lease information. Vendors paying for this service are being ripped off.

Many thanks to Kieran and the staff at the Southwick office. From start to finish they were always calm professional and very helpful. This sale was very stressful but I could always rely on Kieran to help and advise me throughout. Thankyou to all at Southwick, I would highly recommend them.

My brother and I are most grateful to Kieran and Tony at the Southwick branch of Harrison Brant. From day one they were calm, professional, and not pushy. Kieran was clearly fully aware of the market and was able to advise. We found the selling process stressful however their supportive style and active communication was really appreciated. Thank you.
