I went to the store with my daughter to purchase a Bugaboo we were served by Linda . We were so pleased with the service we got so Informative and friendly nothing was too much we were shown all our options and between us picked the model That was best for her and arranged the purchase so easily we asked if they had a price promise and they did and Linda honoured it without any fuss we highly recommended this store they have everything you need when expecting a baby .

Alright shop with a smaller selection of products compared to some of the bigger stores (we live near Cardiff). We were narrowing down between three prams and car seats for about half an hour and both staff members working yesterday ignored us as we were tinkering with the prams etc. In other stores we have visited we are constantly offered help and advise and find it reassuring. The store was nice and tidy though and nice and quiet.

We had a great shopping experience with Linda and her manager (sorry we didnt get your name). They are very helpful and very patient with us with our questions. We are first time parents so we had loads of questions. They have managed to help us to make wise decisions without being too pushy. We will definitely purchase our baby products here. The prices are worth it and you can save a lot by buying more.

Me and my wife just went to your store and found it a stressful experience. Firstly we were approached by a lady who at first appeared very helpful whilst we were looking at your most expensive pram bundle. Once we mentioned another product less expensive she quickly started to sound like she was trying to get the sale rather than being helpful pointing out useless facts like one having more plastic and essentially looking a little less athesticly pleasing without any consideration or question as to what our budget was. I would understand this if the reason being was saftey of the baby but this wasn't mentioned. She also decided to point out that the more expensive one had a safer bag holder area and less likely to be stolen out of. I'm sure all the products are good otherwise why are you selling them. The simple fact I took from her approach is she really wanted us to get the most expensive bundle. It seemed a odd thing to say. It was just reletless pressure to get the most expensive one. We then asked for some time to look around by ourselves and was approached by every member there, it was overbearing and overwhelming. This was our first experience going shopping for our baby which we were really looking forward to and ended up leaving stressed and more confused
