As a fellow Aikido student, I've known Sensei Carl Myers for many years and can highly recommend him and his approach to teaching Ki-Aikido.

I've been a member of this club for over twelve years. Sensei Carl Myers, the newest Sensei, is a wonderful teacher, with a relaxed but disciplined approach. There's a fantastic camaraderie among the members of the club, who enjoy practicing with a sense of fun and commitment. Whether a beginner or a high grade with over twenty years of experience, it's a joy to learn Ki Aikido at this club. It's a safe, secure environment for people who are new to Aikido, or haven't practiced for a while. But if it's a robust practice you're after, there are plenty of Dan grades who will be happy to oblige! Usually most members of the club go to the local pub for a post-class drink.
