Ebike Sussex

Actually, there aren't enough stars to give Rich, he deserves far more than 5. I took my ebike in for a handle bar adaption, which Rich had done some research on for me - now my ebike feels amazing! But during my visit, I had an issue with the battery key, which although it turns out to be me just being an 'airhead', Rich (who I suspect had already cottoned on that one!), at no point made me feel so. He was very patient, professional and sweet, even though he was wanting to close at the end of the day! So, thank you very much Rich, you did a grand job of adapting my bike and sorting me out! (His dad, Nick is also a star!)

Richard and his dad are the loveliest and most knowledgeable e-bike sellers in the world! Richard knows what he is talking about and can help guide you to your perfect e-bike. They look after you while you are thinking, offer some of their expert knowledge to help you make decisions and even offer you an espresso!! What service!!

Highly recommend. I was new to ebikes, did some research and visited a number of bike shops but couldn't find the actual bikes I was interested to try for size etc. Looking on YouTube I found some excellent videos by eBikes Sussex with lots of information. Phoned them and they had the bikes I was interested in. Richard and Nick were very knowledgeable, helpfully and spent plenty of time explaining things. Had a big stock of bikes, I choose a Raleigh Centros and they helped me with upgrades that I wanted. I live a distance away so they prepared the bike for collection later in the day. Excellent handover, they include 3 free services over 3 years so feel comfortable with after sales services. Even if you live a distance away would recommend you visit them.
