        Ive been enjoying the Cypriot style pastirma for almost 40 years now. But recently in the last year or so, the pastirma is inconsistent in flavour and quality! The fat content isnt stable and fluctuates to far too high sometimes, enough to make it unpleasant to eat. And the garlic and spices arent consistent! I think theyve completely messed it up ! And my family and friends agree. Sadly I wont be buying this product any more . Due to the fact that I no longer can enjoy the taste with all of the changes in quality and recipe.
