I have just received a penalty notice for overstaying which is ridiculous the queue was long about 4 cars in front plus I used the vacuum . Apparently this took me over the limit and I am being charged 100

I'm a regular customer because I live locally. I have a membership with BP as a taxi driver I use the wash facility as well as petrol. I noticed that every time I washed the car, it is not done properly no matter what program you use and I have to dry it manually. I have spoken to the manager and point out the issue to him that's not the 1st time that this has happened in this petrol station. No apology whatsoever or offer to redo the wash. He just said he will call the engineer to fix it. That's not good enough. This BP station needs entire staff renewed not only the place. I advise anyone to check their cars after the wash and make an official complaint if not washed properly. This will at least stop them from ripping you off.

Really convenient petrol station with a well-stocked shop which has everyday from drinks, sweets and snacks to engine oil, screenwash and lottery.
