If I could give Aruna and Alex 10 stars I would. They are by far the nicest, most professional real estate agents I've ever worked with. As an expat that just arrived in London, it was really stressful trying to find a flat. We went to so many viewings and met with so many agents before meeting them, and I can confidently say that Aruna and Alex made the entire process so easy and seamless. Right from the start, they were extremely kind, patient, and responsive. They spoke so highly of the landlord as well, showing they have a lot of integrity in what they do. They also went above and beyond by coordinating furniture deliveries and ensuring someone was at the property to accept them on our behalf before we were able to move in. We are so appreciative of how accommodating and helpful they've been and have turned this into a completely stress-free experience! I would happily recommend Cavendish Parker to anyone and would definitely use their services in the future.

I found cavendish very professional and available online /on phone at most times . They sourced a tenant at a good rental price very quickly . Subsequent service was professional and timely . Fees very competitive too. Primarily dealt with aruna who was excellent through most of the process . Would recommend this firm.

Outstanding realtors, we just arrived from Canada, and we had a hard time looking for a flat here in London. But Aruna made it extremely easy to get us a flat on time as we needed a flat asap. He was very professional and kind and made the experience so simple.
