        You can't get an appointment for weeks and weeks on end. GPs aren't particularly empathic when dealing with patients. No rapport built even after years of seeing the same person. The reception staff are either unprofessional, unenthusiastic or rude, im patiently waiting to move GPs.

        As the previous poster Marie, I too was denied ENT treatment today by Dr Asma Akhter for being 10 minutes late. I'm disabled and struggled to get there in the rain. No humanity or compassion shown by this doctor. However, I'd like to thank receptionist Charlotte, for trying to negotiate with the unhelpful doctor. Not going back to this health centre again!
