Receptionist there are so rude and weird. Theyre all sitting around while the phones are constantly ringing. Called them back as I received a missed call from them and was trying to find out what the call was about and this rude reception girl who is the blonde one by the way (Ive been going there for 25+ years and shes new and has this weird attitude ever since shes been hired) said wHo ArE yOu the services of the GP has collapsed big time from the GPs themselves to the terrible girls they hire to sit around on that front desk. Fire them all theyre lazy and entitled.

Im callin the Gp at 8am and I wait 20 minutes in the queue to answer for days now. And they said they dont have anymore appointments for the day over and over. Reception is useless in that Gp

Terrible service. The line is constantly engaged. The voice recording is extremely long. Can never get through for on the day appointments or if you do there are no appointments left. Its not possible to book in advance for a different day. Reception staff in an appalling mood most of the time, dismissive. Would not recommend.

Absolutely disgusting service! I have been trying to see/speak to a dr for months. I suffer with fibromyalgia and degenerated disc disease so my pain/mobility can be very difficult,stress of trying to speak to a GP dont help. The staff are rude and very unhelpful just repeating and talking over me the same thing ie call at 8am, iv been calling 8am for weeks! Iv used this surgery for years but I have to change as its gone downhill hiding behind Covid-19! I filled in an e consult online and it said my I Need to speak to someone straight away,I called the Surgery to be told by the practice manager to edit it ie lie so it would accept me!! Iv put a complaint in!
