Had a sad encounter with Sharon at this college which derailed my daughter for a while and knocked her confidence. My encounter was unnecessary and without good reason which could have been prevented with the right attitude and management skills. Sharon gave the impression she cared about my daughters welfare at the start of her college journey only to refuse her a space to return without good reason. The handling of the situation was appalling and despite complaining, I received no response. I found this college to behave unprofessionally and they never demonstrated a correct complaints procedure despite trying to speak to them many times at request by email and telephone. To cut a young lady from her course because she was anxious about the new comers was inconsiderate, harsh and without empathy. I would think seriously about attending this college if you have additional needs to be considered because our experience showed a complete lack of care for my daughters health, future and wellbeing. A highly disappointing experience.
