Bought a car from this dealer and give one car has part exchange that he said its was scrap, after 2 week I start having problem with smoke and electrics and air conditioner. So I give the car to them and for my surprised he give me my old car back until he fix the one I bought from him, right scrap car, dodgy people, the karma will get back to them, so he said was a 1 week fix, took them near 3 weeks to do the valves and the piston rings, they say, pick up the car and all the problem I give them to sorted out, they didn't do nothing, don't recommend this dealer to no body, think twice before you buy from them, bad customer service and bad attitude. So you say you change the piston rings and valves...lol... that's why the car still with a missive oil leak from the bottom of the engine... being a bit technical you have to take out the bottom of the engine to change the piston rings but the oil leak still there... right cheers for that ... I can see you are very honest person.. the same has my old car when to scrap right. And tell now that what I'm wrote is a lie ...

Unbelievable Customer Service. These are probably the best motor dealers I have ever dealt with. They are 100% genuine, reliable and honest. I had issues with the car after sale and they literally could not have done more to help or resolve the problem. I would buy from them again without hesitation. I bought a car on last month in november 2022 , ford focus and it really very nice running perfect without any issues , process was so easy and quick also the car dealer kassam always answer when we had any query and also he change cars front light bulb which was not working when I test drive and was not aware before delivery he repaired by letting me know , I will highly recommend this place to buy a car .
