Colin's knowledge is brilliant and the home buyer's survey which involves him talking through all the photos is very useful. I used him for my purchase . Colin is to the point, knows his stuff, and very helpful. If you are a first time buyer, you will learn a lot about the property you are about to buy from him.

I was recommended to hire Mr Hurst to survey a property I was purchasing. He provided me with an excellent in depth survey of the property together with a 1 on1 meeting which was handled very professionally. I highly recommend mr hurst.

Knowledgeable trustworthy and capable, not to mention much cheaper than most. Not a scam in my experience even if he is maverick, eccentric, different, and sometimes plain rude.
