FLAME GRILL & DESSERT

AVOID AT ALL COST!! Food was tasteless, we ordered chicken kebab the good was absolutely tasteless, balnd to the core. When I called up to complain, gentleman who answered the phone said "sorry you feel that way" like what?? Kid-friendliness: Nope. Not at all

Absolutely disgusting. Half a portion and the meat was old. The restaurant don't care, they hung up when we phoned to complain.

Very disappointed! Ordered 7UP but recieved Pepsi, Chips were cold and soggy and the crispy chicken was definitely not crispy, it was pale, bland and looked totally unappealing although I noticed Just Eat describes them as Crispy Chicken whereas the restaurants menu describes them as Flame Chicken but in either case the skin was undercooked and not very appetizing. The waffle wasn't great either as I would have preferred it warm and whilst the topping tasted ok the waffle was just too spongy and it looked thrown together without any care. Nothing I recieved looked like the photos they use and the quality was very poor. Chicken and chips ended up in the bin complete waste of money.

The most disgusting presentation. Tasteless food. Regret ordering from them. Not as advertised. Used some other photos and sent this.

I ordered 3 naga mixes and paid 38 each one but when I received my order the box was half the portion inside the box. Poor service and this has happened more than once. Definitely dont recommend this place to anyone. Last time I ever buy from here.
