I highly recommend CHESS mortgages, despite the many challenges my mortgage application presented, Jaz continued to find effective solutions. My mortgage was up for renewal and i heard good things about Bob so decided to reach out to him. Bob and his team are very knowledgeable and extremely proactive. Bob provided me with various options on my mortgage and gave some thought on what would be best for me and my situation. He advised the best option for me was to do a product switch - in addition to no fee being charged by Bob for a product switch, he also provided me with cashback for using him. He got someone in his team (Jaz) to action the product switch and she was just a brilliant as Bob. Any questions i had were answered quickly and she completed the switch quickly and promptly. I would highly recommend Chess Mortgages and will be using them again.
