Kumon Maths & English

My son Lucas has been with Kumon (Maths only) since the summer of 2020. Although he was ok in maths, we wanted him to excel so we called our Local branch of Kumon and Rakhi came and assessed Lucas and his Kumon Journey began. To say that he has improved has been an understatement. He is now top of his year in maths to the point where by, 2 years running he has won the entire school maths competitions beating children 2 to 3 years above him. He is well above his grade for mathematics and that is a big credit to Rakhi and her team for keeping Lucas pushing onwards and upwards. Although new maths concepts can be difficult at first, the Kumon method sorts that problem out in just a few days. Rakhi is extremely helpful in guiding and helping Lucas with his maths. We, as parents have found her very flexible as well as there are occasions where we cannot attend the weekly meetings, Rakhi arranges online weekly sessions (sometimes at short notice) so that nothing is missed and we can also collect the following week's booklets without missing anything. The daily routine of booklets has greatly helped his mental maths and has given a solid foundation to build on and beyond and also provides a good schoolwork ethic. To anyone who was pondering on whether to go ahead with Kumon... I would not hesitate! It will take effort from yourselves as parents and with your child, but the payoff is worth it. We are now considering the English element also just to stay ahead of the game! Thank you Rakhi and the team.

My boys have been going to Kumon for the last year and a half and I can see they both have come a long way in English and Maths. They also enjoy doing their Kumon work daily. Rakhi is very professional and accesses each child and their needs. She is kind, caring and helpful and encourages growth. We have continuous feedback & support from Rakhi to help us help them. Highly Recommended.

Rakhi is a wonderful caring Paterson, who looks after her pupils. She has been great help for my daughter in the common class, and has helped her in to progress further in school. I highly recommend her to other parents as she can be of great help to their kids as she was to mine.

My daughter has been going to Kumon for the last one and a half years and she does maths and English tuition. I have noticed it has made such a difference, now she is very confident and enjoys her maths and English. The method they use is very effective and the kids enjoy it.

My son has been going here since he was 4 for English and Maths. He is further along than his peers in school, all in all making life easier for him. Rakhi and the other teachers are great, I thoroughly recommend.
