        I am a student of this club from my point of view it probably one of the best club in West London. You learn a lot of new techniques. I recommend joining this club. But be prepared for the "SPRAWLS".

        Brilliant fight school. If you want to learn how to fight with pressure this is the perfect place. Plenty of sparring to test techniques live - geared up and kumite! Great fitness drills to increase strength and improve your cardiovascular endurance. Jogs and HIIT training. Wonderful coaches, staff and friendly people - great tuition. Made lots of friends here and sparring mates. Highly recommend :)
