Shocking company, avoid at all costs. Just spent an hour on the phone attempting to change over my vehicles as I had sold my previous one and purchased a new one. They were simply unable to give me a quote and gave the worst excuse Ive ever heard (we now dont insure land rovers despite there being no info about this anywhere on there site.) so the result.. I have to cancel the policy and theyve taken a 400 deposit from me which including the months payment is 750 down the drain because they cant insure my car unreal

Worst Insurance company ever! I bumped my van in a metal pillar and because the repair it will be a lot, I claimed through my insurance company Acorn/Haven. They took my van in same day and they said will find Bodyshop repairer. I called them after 7 weeks to check what is going on with my van and they inform me with magnificent news - they still looking for Bodyshop!!! Then I ask can I look for Bodyshop and on the next day - OMG I found! I told the repairer to send estimated price for my van to Acorn/Haven. After 5 more days I had to call them again to ask will they send the van for repair and for some miracle they didn`t know where is my van... After 1 hour searching(I was on the phone) they found it and said will send an engineer to check the damages (after more than 2 months). 5 days later they said the van will written off and I have to wait for a 2nd call. Still waiting 4th day...
