Most amazing Indian restaurant i have visited. It was my daughter's birthday and she recommended tamara lounge for lunch we all had a great afternoon abd took a doggy bag bag home.

In response to your reply: that is the same contact number i rang on previously to make a complaint only to be put through to the manager who didn't resolve anything in the first place then decided to block me on whatsapp after telling me to remove my negative feedback and that we shouldn't come there for a few weeks! So we decided in that case we won't bother coming there at all! So who exactly do customers complain to when the management itself supports corrupt staff members!? And after having read some of the other reviews down below "rude staff" seems to be a common complaint so it's pretty clear we aren't the only ones who have had to face these issues. I have emailed you my contact number if there is anyone who knows how to provide good customer service skills feel free to contact me to discuss further. This used to be my regular spot for many years, gave them so much custom and cash always booking out booths and tipping staff but now the management and staff has gone badly downhill to the point that me and all my friends refuse to go back here. Some of the staff are rude and disrespectful doing and saying things that you wouldn't expect a member of staff to be doing whilst working. Extremely poor customer service, when putting a complaint in to the management rather than speaking to their staff about their vile behaviour towards me and many other customers we were told to come back after a few weeks instead. They would rather turn away loyal customers than to tell their staff to quit disrespecting their customers! The worst customer service/management I have ever seen at a lounge. We have now stopped going here as we don't pay to go to places to get disrespected by unprofessional and rude staff members.

The food was OK at best. Unfortunately, it was lacking flavour and too spicy for our liking. Desserts were also extremely sweet. I was only able to eat one spoonful of my red velvet cake, which in itself again was covered top to toe in icing and chocolate sauce. Service was good. We were served by a lovely waitress called Rosaline, who was very polite and attentive.

We asked for mild food and unfortunately most of it was very spicy. The vegetable biryani on the second bite caused steam to come out of my ears and ulcers on my tongue! We were served by a very friendly waitress called Rosalind who immediately changed the vegetable biryani to a much milder one and a decent portion of yoghurt to counter the fiery spiciness of the food. For desserts we ordered the pistachio kulfi, chocolate and red velvet cake. The kulfi and the red velvet cake was disappointingly not to our liking.
