Haven Funeral Services were the perfect people to bring my dads funeral planes together. They were efficient, corporative, helpful, charismatic and most importantly, supportive through this tough time. I was impressed with the comms from Haven Funeral Services, they were always at the other end of the phone and on email. My farther was repatriated to Jamaica and although I thought it would be difficult to do this, Brian and his team made it very easy.

In all ways, the staff at Haven Funeral Services went above and beyond what we expected or wanted them to do. There was such care, so much compassion and understanding that was shown to us during such a difficult time. And then the level of professionalism - we had a tricky situation of having to repatriate a deceased family member, but everything was handled so smoothly, taking the stress away from my family. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you Haven!

I would like to thank all concerned in my Mother- in -laws cremation, every detail was carried out to an amazing detail. The help and support we received was so helpful. I would like to say that Elaine Mcloughlin from HAYES branch was brilliant . i would like to say an exceptional to Sam for dressing my mother in law in her saree she looked amazing. the humanist Hilary guided in the right direction. Brian was very caring at this sad time. I have already booked my husbands and myself to be dealt with by Haven when appropriate . thank you again
