Terrible honestly, went in to buy a mask as my one had dropped on the ground outside and the guy refused to sell me one due to not having one on.

I only give 4 stars becasue I am not a sparky - so I cannot talk about things I do not know - I can say however, that when I come here for my various bulbs and odds and sods, the staff have always been really lovely and even when I don't know what I am talking about (yup electrics are not my thing!) they have been courteous, helpful and gone out of their way to help me. SO thank you guys for your professionalism and care xx

Went to buy some electrical connectors, wasn't sure what type, the guy who served me was so unhelpful, has if he did not want to serve me very rude!!

Amazing place, really helpful staff - especially Stuart and Mark who helped me a lot in choosing the right parts. You guys have a customer for life! Keep up the fantastic service.

First time I was waiting more then 5min to be served nobody was in the till, after trying many time to ring the bell somebody come and see me like what do you want
