Co-op Food - Hillingdon

This has to be the worst CoOp store in the UK..bottom of the list! For many years it has been so frustrating to shop there..aisles clogged with trolleys of food being put on shelves, sometimes staff do not understand the product you are looking for, etc.,absolutely awful..and they do not answer the phone!

This place is regularly out of stock. Meat tray wrappers are usually torn as they are probably just lugged from the trolley. Fruit and veg is usually off as its very warm inside. This is the only grocery store around so co-op have a monopoly and dont bother to invest in a better store. A Tesco Express would be great. They are very busy but it's a pokey place, produce isn't stocked well and very poor customer service. Asian woman behind counter is usually on the phone. There are usually people from mental health centre around the corner begging at the front.

Staff isn't great! They are always arguing with someone because they think everyone is trying to steal from them. Everytime I go there there's some kind of awkward situation relating to this going on..

Store really needs a refurbishment. Staff reluctant to get on the tills to serve customers to Bring the queue down. Good deals to be had when the store had the stock available. Good to get a few bargains when the reduce things in the evenings.
